Founder and Creative Director

Luke’s media career began 20 years ago at MTV shaping his background in film, radio and music composition and production. He later evolved into language teaching across both private and public sectors. Inspired by a passion to elevate learning, he launched Creative Listening in 2014. Luke drives the creative direction and is the principal link between us and you.

Gemma

Managing Director

Gem’s 20+ years experience as a teacher, trainer and editor on complex, business critical projects within the publishing industry, both at home and abroad, equip her with empathy and passion to create a nurturing environment producing work that makes a difference.

Jackaby

With over 10 years of experience working on corporate and branded content, Jackaby has worked on a diverse range of projects for global clients delivering high-quality learning solutions. He brings his calm and efficient approach alongside his versatile production skills to all our projects ensuring that you are fully supported from conceptualisation to delivery.
